Little Caesars

The pizza was good, but they were out of deep dish pizzas when I arrived. They said that it would be an 8 minute wait. What I assume to be the manager asked if the deep dish was ready in approximately 8 min. The worker replied, " I know I put it in the oven, but it's not in there." Hmmm....After a 20 minute wait, I got my pizza.

Good pizza and cheesy bread especially for the pice, never had a problem here. Your car will have a problem though. The entrance to the plaza that this place is in has a horrible curb that will destroy your drivetrain and tires. City / property owners of the plaza still have not fixed it or recognized it.

Love the pizza and the staff are very nice

The pizza is good and the quality of it is heavily influenced by the price. The service is not great. I frequently get no greeting at all and it takes 5 min for anyone to even ackowledge me. Just happened to me by the 1/25/19 pm crew at 7:40. If the owner sees this review, kick them into gear because I get better service pretty much anywhere else in Wheeling. That is a fact, not an exaggeration.

Its grown on me I must say. I never cared much for their pizza but now I like it alot. I dont know if they changed their recipe or what but whatever they did it worked. Their crazy bread is good too. Plus they have 5 dollar pizza c'mon thats hard to beat

Always get your hot and ready during rush hour or hot out of the oven then its awesome a little greasy on the 5 meat but still yummy

Flies, door open and air wasn't working. The pizza was awful and doughy. They didn't cut the pizza.

Never had a problem with the pizzas not being hot and ready always ready when i go in and if not its not a big deal to wait a couple of minutes for a fresh one busiest hours are always around dinner time obviously your going to have to wait....never had any priblems with any of the workers they always seem friendly and making customers laugh keep up the good work girls!! I will continue to stop here for pizza

Pizza / Chicken / Bread sticks is fresh hot delicious on Jessica's shift. Were grateful that we have ordered our favorites and have had a hundred percent attention on our order. Jessica keep on keeping on sweety. Your professional skills personality demeanor and kindness will definitely keep us a patron of little Cesar's establishment. You make it happen Captain. Your smile and attentiveness is worth everything to my Husband and I, we thank you. We work hard and want to eat well fresh and yummy, you got us thank you!!!

My daughters and I love Little Caesar's it is our favorite pizza place around the valley. It never disappoints and the value combined with the quality is something that just can not be beat. I know my family will continue to eat from here multiple times a month. Keep up the good work.

Pizza always seems undercooked.

Called in a pick up order 2 hrs before we needed it. Went to pick it up and and they did not have our order. No effort to make it right, just we dont have it. Happens alot I guess according to the other reviews.

This is our go to pizza place. With ready to go $5 pizzas it's hard not to hit this place up once a week. Also, the deep dish extra sauce is so good too.

Over priced for cheap pizza, over all ok!

Fast and friendly

My car broke down right in front of their doors and was stuck there for sevral days. The GM and other manager(s) were very kind and understanding of the situation. If you're reading this, I thank you very much once again for being so kind and understanding. Great place, great people, great food! If you're driving through and want some food I recommend this Little Ceasers! :)

Staff had big issues actually felt bad for the manager of this place he lost a lot of profit by giving it away due to staff errors

Pizza and crazy bread ok. Reason for only four stars is because we ordered through the online little ceasar's pizza portal and still had to wait 25 minutes to go our hot and ready pizzas 👎

Cheap prices delicious pizza friendly workers

The staff has a tendency of being short and snippy with customers when they get backed up. The wait times can be excessive. The wait wouldn't be so bad of there was seating available.

Little caesar's " hot and ready " anytime I've ever been there after 7pm they NEVER have pizza ready. It's a 20-30 minute wait because theres several people in front of you .. my opinion is very dirty, the workers dont look presentable , just a very bad establishment. New management is needed to straighten out all the issues. I wont be returning anytime soon.

Its been awhile since I've gone but the last time I went there I waited a good while BUT it's because someone called off so the guy running the register was also taking phone orders and helping the new girl make the pizzas. Literally saw him run around and wait on several people while making pizzas and answering the phone. Tipped him 5 bucks and I never do that if I pick a pizza up but I was impressed with his work ethic.

I love the mobile app so I can walk right in and grab my order! Food is always very good!

Delicious cheap pizza

Quality of food was there but the customer service was lacking. Noone seemed to really care about the customer or their jobs. Would have been a 4 if it had been better.

Great pizza not bad prices

Arrived and was greeted right away however the 5 dollar hit and ready not so ready no pizzas were ready to be taken so I wait for them to cook it myself and another customer were told they were to busy to have them ready. However when I walked in right after the other customer the Madeline employee was waiting at the counter to see what we ordered so he could make it. I was told they had 5 pizzas ready to go in the oven all cheesed just needed toppings. If your going to say hot and ready please make sure they are ready. Wait was about 8-10 minutes total

ridiculous to say the least. If I were able, i'd give them no stars. Call in order from parking lot at approx. 9:30 and they said oven was broke. However someone i was with walked in and got served. WTF

Used to drive here from follansbee quite often until they opened one in the next town from me. Very nice place

Every time I go there the girl with the multi color hair has an attitude problem. She watches me walk in and goes in the back and acts like she didn't see me. Rude!!

Always good. Consistent. The only thing I don't like about it is that it should be open later...

Terrible! We ordered and paid extra for an extra pepperoni pizza and once we got to our destination and opened the box there wasn't a single pepperoni on the pizza! On top of the that the wrong pizza we DID get wasn't even cooked. When there was no phone number or contact info on the receipt and the number number listed online was saying the number was out of service and not taking calls. We even tried calling a neighboring store and they didn't even have a valid number for this place.

I love little ceasers pizza but this location has some major issues, predominantly at night. Tonight's pizza had almost no sauce and the pieces were cut extremely irregularly, some very large and some very small. It was so dry that we did not read most of it. I am talking it back tomorrow during the day because I honestly don't think the people working tonight will care. I will not order on night anymore.

Every single time I've ordered or walked in this place the pizzas were either not ready, given to someone else, they had run out of the ingredients or some other lame excuse. Save your money and go somewhere else.

They dont use glove I dont go there anymore

The girl working there today was super nice and helpful however the guy working named Richard I do believe was completely rude, cursing about having to take our order. Slammed out the door then proceeded to smoke weed right next to the building like there wasn’t people and children around. I highly suggest hiring someone else to represent your company because I’m not even close to a ‘Karen’ who complains about everything but everything about him was 100% unacceptable!

They have really good deals on their food and pizza. Is recommend their hot and ready pizzas. They are literally done when you walk in and the price is very fair for what you get. The employees here are friendly and work quick.
